1.1 superspeedcalcs.com offers structural calculations based on consumer-provided specifications. The goods, presented in a PDF file, will be provided by SuperSpeed Calculations.

2. Provision of the Goods

2.1 The service will be delivered in PDF file format to the customer's provided email address, including the requested structural calculations. SuperSpeed Calculations is not liable for delays caused by internet transit, service interruptions, or email provider spam filters. Customers are advised to check relevant email folders in case of non-receipt.

2.2 Hard copies are not available.

2.3 The information provided will be in a format suitable for Building Regulations approval for the specific items ordered but will not include full drawings. SuperSpeed Calculations is not responsible for decisions made by approved Building Control Officers, and liability is limited to the design of the specific items ordered.

2.4 Queries raised by Building Control Officers related to SuperSpeed Calculations' work will be addressed promptly, with no additional charge in most cases. However, additional charges may apply for information requests deemed unnecessary or unforeseen.

2.5 The cost of the goods is specified on the website superspeedcalcs.com and constitutes a quotation for the service offered. All costs are exclusive of VAT, as SuperSpeed Calculations is not currently registered for VAT.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Ensure all provided information is correct before proceeding to payment.

3.2 SuperSpeed Calculations uses Stripe to process online payments. For any queries about online payments, please refer to Stripe’s terms and conditions.

3.3 Goods will typically be dispatched within one working hour of confirmed payment receipt, as mentioned in paragraph 2.1.

4. Contract Terms

4.1 Accepting the quotation and paying for structural calculations confirms your agreement to receive the product. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the order of online structural calculations constitutes the production of a product made to the client's specifications. SuperSpeed Calculations offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to management discretion.

4.2 Revisions for any reason are treated as new orders, incurring additional fees and subject to standard terms and conditions.

5. Copyright

5.1 The copyright of the design belongs to SuperSpeed Calculations. You have the right to use the design royalty-free for the project it was ordered for, but it should not be used for any other project.

7. General

7.1 SuperSpeed Calculations reserves the right to modify terms and conditions. Changes will not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of purchase from superspeedcalcs.com.
