Party Wall services are delivered by Videre Architects and Surveyors for building owners and adjoining owners affected by qualifying works under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. Depending on the circumstances, this may include initial advice, notices, schedules of condition, surveyor appointments, agreements and Party Wall Awards.

Where defects or deterioration are identified, we provide proportionate recommendations arranged by urgency.
